This event sees us to take to the water once again as we visit our good friends, The Good Hotel, Newham’s very cool hotel floating in the Royal Victoria dock next door to City Hall and East London’s iconic IFS Cloud Royal Docks cable car.

Good Hotel London is a floating hotel and social impact business offering waterfront accommodation, meeting spaces and a rooftop terrace overlooking the Royal Docks. Every stay helps support educational programmes overseas and hospitality training programmes for people facing barriers to employment in the UK. Alongside welcoming guests from around the world, Good Hotel partners with local organisations, businesses and community groups to champion Newham and East London and are firm believers that hospitality can be a force for good, bringing people together while creating lasting positive change.

We’re promised a fab rooftop breakfast overlooking the water (subject to the Great British Weather !) and because its set up as a social enterprise, The Good Hotel’s business model fits nicely with our plans for a Responsible Business Network within the Chamber.

Expect amazing views, superb food, a tour of the facilities, and hear about the hotel, how its business model does great things locally and of course, how they plan to scale-up and do yet more good whilst moored here in good old East London!

This is another of our free Chamber Members priority events but of course non-Members are more than welcome to join us!
